Guilty Memories Regret, and guilt,
Stabbing through you until nothing is left to exist there. Not even love can rescue you during this invasion of insanity. It escapes through your veins, starts to become you, your mind destroying itself over a simple little action. Taunts shouting at your tear-dried eyes, making those guilty thoughts, claw their way to every little corner of your brain; so it's all you can think about. Making it so that your heart starts hyperventilating. Only then, that's when you realize; it's the only reason you scream yourself to sleep at the end of every little wasted day. I don't want you to see all the damage you've created and made to define me.
keeping up this façade is getting harder and harder
Because you rip me apart over and over again without any rest.
Will you stop if I collapse in broken pieces on the floor?
Why do you even have to keep reminding me that you don't love me anymore?

As The Winter Dies Drowning in their thoughts,
Drowning in their lies.
You can see it all,
From the shadows in her eyes.

She hides and prays all day,
Wishing that their voices would go away.
While she is seeing things that aren't really there,
It's like a living nightmare.

She's tired, and she's scared.
It's too much for her to bare.
The doctors say that she's gone crazy,
Oh, this poor little baby.

Fear freezes into her veins,
As a bullet runs through her brain.
Her silver teardrops fall from the sky,
And she dreams in heaven,

Im forced to burn.
All alone,
Writhing in pain.

The beautiful bright flames
Engulfing me;
While suffocating black smoke
fills my lungs.

And to think,
You used to be my water
You used to be the one
that saved me.
From being forgotten ashes.

But now,
You've been tainted by her.
You are now purly gasoline.
My one and only enemy.

And as im running out of time,

Instead of saving me.
You choose to stay,
And burn me away.

Staring dismally at my reflection, I press my hand to the remains of the bathroom mirror. I shattered it a few seconds ago, unable to cope with my reflection any longer. God, I hate her. She stares at me with a smug look on her face, despite the fact that I can easily feel the frown on my own lips. Her grin twists into an infuriating, self-satisfied smirk, her impossibly green eyes shimmering with malicious intent.

I utterly detest those eyes. They show exactly who and what she is: a green-eyed monster. A bitter, envious beast.

I wake up to a horrid screeching
The beast on the bedside table is screaming
As it always does
Way too early in the morning

I could kill it, couldn't I?
I could murder it in the most brutal way imaginable

I could tear it limb from limb
And then kill its wife
And all its little children

I glare at it for a moment
But I don't move
I'm still too sleepy to do anything

It keeps shrieking

Still contemplating killing it

"Mommy, mommy, come see what I did!"

I roll my eyes a bit, though still smile as I call back, "What is it?"

"I painted my room!" the elder of my sons, Daniel, shouts back. "Come and see!"

A look of confusion sweeps my face. We don't have any paint, do we? "What did you use?" I ask, the volume of my voice falling slightly.

"Mom!" He sounds a bit irritated.

I rise from the couch a bit nervously, making my way down the hall to the room Daniel shares with his little brother, Hunter. The two of them are three years apart, and they don't get along well, so I'm rather hesitant to see what Daniel has done. He's a known bDaniel by ~Gandalfgirl579

I really thought you would've figured out not to try to take him again.... After I won the last time. If its a fight you want, its a fight you will get.
